Kate Bosworth, the ultimate beach girl

He'll get a Blue Crush on you when you sport the beach babe look seen here on surfer girl, Kate Bosworth.

FACE
Foundation / Concealer After moisturizing, use a light foundation or tinted moisturizer in a shade as close to your natural skin tone as possible. Apply only to areas of the face that need evening out.

Next, apply concealer to the inner corners of the eyes and underneath to cover dark circles. Apply a small amount of concealer to the eyelid for a base foundation before applying shadow. Blend well.
Blush Use a cream formula blush in pink or rose, depending upon which compliments your skin tone better. You should apply your blush in the style that best suits your face. Round faces look better with blush applied to the apple of the cheek, while narrower faces can take blush on the cheekbone. Apply blush one light layer at a time until you have just a hint of color.
EYES
Eyelid Apply a metallic gold on the lid.
Crease Apply the same metallic gold used on the lid.
Hilite For this clean, fresh look, leave the hilite area - the browbone - bare.
Eyeliner Choose a matte formula, black-brown or black powder liner or eyeshadow. Use a wet liner brush dipped in the powder to apply.

Apply a thin line to the top lash line, in the lash area only. Use a light touch and get the color in between the lashes. You can try dotting your way across the lashline and then going back and filling in to create one continuous, thin line.

Repeat the process on the lower lashline, creating a very thin, fine line, as close to the lashes as possible all the way across. Next, apply a light line on the inner rim of the lower lid (those with sensitive eyes should skip this step).
Brows Use a brow pencil or powder to shape and fill in brows. Start by defining the arch and then fill in the rest as necessary.
Lashes Curl lashes and coat two or three times with a black, lengthening mascara. Use only one coat on the lower lashes.

LIPS
To get glass-smooth lips, brush them very gently with an old, soft toothbrush. Then apply petroleum jelly and allow it to soak in for 30 or more minutes. You can do this first and let it sit while you apply the rest of your makeup.

Choose a lipstick in a rose or pink shade that compliments your skintone. Apply one coat of the lipstick and blot with tissue, then apply a second coat. Top with a clear or frosted gloss for that gleaming look.
