FACE
Foundation / Concealer Start with clean, exfoliated skin. After allowing moisturizer to soak in, apply concealer to the inner corners of the eyes and underneath to cover dark circles. Apply a small amount of concealer to the eyelid as an eyeshadow base.

Use concealer to cover any blemishes.
Blush Apply a light bronzer where the sun would normally tan your face. Use bronzer sparingly, a little at a time. Blend well.

Apply a light dusting of light rosey blush on the apples of your cheeks.
EYES
Eyelid Apply a pearly gold from the lid to the crease. Sweep a touch lightly along the lower lash line.
Crease Apply a light brown shadow in the crease from corner to corner. Blend very well.
Hilite Use a cream or vanilla shade lightly on the browbone. Use just enough to brighten your eyes. Blend very well.
Eyeliner Use black or black/brown if your coloring is warm. If your coloring is cool, you might be better using charcoal or medium gray. A powder liner with a thin damp brush or a sharp pencil liner will work.

Apply a VERY thin line to the top lash line, from the outer corner to three-quarters of the way towards the inner corner. Use a VERY light touch, getting the color in between the lashes. You can try dotting your way across the lash line and then going back and filling in to create one continuous line.

Apply a very, very thin, light line along the lower lash line from the outer corner to about one-half the way towards the inner corner. Blur the line slightly using a cosmetic sponge or soft brush.

If necessary, lighten the top line by lightly dabbing it with a cosmetic sponge.
Brows Use a brow wax or powder with a small brush, or a sharp pencil, to shape and fill in. Choose a shade as close to your hair color as possible, or just a bit darker.

Start by defining the arch of each brow. Step back and look at your entire face in the mirror, and then fill in the rest of the brow as necessary.
Lashes Curl the upper lashes. Coat upper and lower lashes two or three times with a black, lengthening mascara.

LIPS
To get glass-smooth lips, try brushing them very gently with a damp, soft toothbrush. Then apply petroleum jelly and allow it to soak in for 30 or more minutes.

Choose a matching pinky-brown lip liner and lipstick.

Apply one coat of the lipstick and blot with tissue, then apply a second coat. Repeat for longer lasting power. Then, line the lips if necessary. Top with a coat of clear gloss.
