2. Blow dry hair with a round brush. Twist the brush outward as you reach your ends to create a flipped-out look.
3. Don't forget to dry your bangs as well -- just don't lift them up too much or they'll end up being too poufy.
4. Mist all over with anti-frizz hairspray to finish.
