Charlize Theron's straight, layered haircut is chic and relatively low-maintenance. See what to do here:
1. If you're a lucky straight-haired gal or already working with a day-old blowout, work some thickening powder into your roots and tease your hair slightly at the crown. If you're wavy like Charlize, blow dry hair straight with a jumbo round brush or paddle brush. Bust out the flat iron afterward if you must.
2. Coat hair with a bit of shine serum and make a deep zig-zag part.
