Hilary Duff's wind-blown waves and California blonde color look down-to-Earth beautiful. Get the look:
1. Apply a volumizing mousse to damp hair before blow drying. Use a round brush to lift hair at the roots and build body.
2. Once hair is about 90 percent dry, set hair in Velcro rollers. Blast the rollers with hot air from your dryer until hair is completely dry.
3. Leave the rollers in for about 10 minutes. Once hair has cooled, remove then shake waves free.
4. Flip your head upside and shake your hair gently. When you're right side up again, lightly mist strands with an anti-frizz hairspray.
