Jessalynn Gilsig's formal updo is a great throwback hairstyle. Steal her style with tips from Head & Shoulders celebrity stylist Ryan Trygstad:
1. Apply some curl-enhancing cream to wet hair and blow it dry. Then lift up the top layer of your hair and backcomb it to get the volume.
2. Wrap up your hair in hot rollers for 30 minutes while you put the finishing touches on your makeup.
3. As soon as the rollers cool, shake your curls out and pull hair into a low chignon at the back of your head. Pin it into place using bobby pins.
4. Pull out some wisps near your ear and mist the updo with a strong-hold hairspray.
