Kelly Rowland's luxe blow out can be worn to a job interview ... and out for drinks to celebrate landing the gig. Get the look:
1. Apply conditioning, straightening balm to damp hair and blow dry straight with a paddle brush. Blow dry the bangs separately, see next step.
2. Switch to a Mason Pearson-style boar-bristle brush. Blow the bangs to the left, and the right, a few times, then direct them forward with a natural bend.
3. Curve the ends of your hair under using a flatiron.
4. Finish the ends with a dab of grooming cream.
