1. Right when you get out of the shower, part your hair to the side.
2. Apply smoothing cream from root to tip and blow dry your hair using a round brush.
3. Use a 2-inch curling iron to curl your hair in large sections. Don't separate the curls with your fingers, just slip them off the barrel and let them cool to retain their shape.
4. Pull back the top section of hair and secure it with a clip or barrette. Mist all over with strong-hold hairspray to finish.
