Lindsay Lohan's messy waves are both chic and casual. To get the look:
1. Start with a great blowout (use styling cream and a round brush) to either straighten wavy hair or add body to pin-straight hair.
2. Wrap bottom half of hair around a large-barreled curling iron, working in 2-inch sections. You want loose waves, not tight spiral curls. Mist with hairspray.
3. To bump up the chic factor, either pin a small section of hair back at the crown or separate bangs, if you have them, from the rest of your hair with a thin, black headband.
