1. Apply volumizing mousse to damp hair and let it air dry, or blow dry it using a diffuser. Part hair to one side
2. With large hot rollers or a large-barrel curling iron, wrap 3-inch sections of hair for five to 10 seconds, skipping the bangs.
3. Finger comb curls to loosen them into cascading waves.
4. Use a straightening iron to smooth out the bangs, and use a spray gel to sweep them across your forehead and set them in place.
