1. Towel dry hair to remove as much moisture as possible. With hair this short, you can skip the blow dryer -- yay!
2. Using a styling putty, lift and twist small sections of dry hair in random directions to create the shape and style you're looking for. Don't go too heavy on the putty, though, or you'll be mistaken for a new member of the "Jersey Shore" crew.
