This winter, skip the scarf. According to Rygorsky, "The new hot style this season is the chunky neck ring or neck warmer (also know as a cowl, a shrug, or a snood)." A neck ring is like your basic infinity scarf -- a loop of fabric -- except it is smaller and fits tightly against the neck. And if it sounds warm and effortless, it's because ... it is. "I love this trend because it's throw-on-and-go, and looks great with or without a coat," says Rygorsky.
