OK, we get it. Big, teased hair was all the rage back then. But Mena Suvari looks like she got struck by lightning. Twice.
Bottom line: Fried hair doesn't look good, no matter how hard you try to disguise it with a feather plume or other accessory. If you want to make this look work, keep the teasing to a minimum (only at the top of your head) and tone it down with a bun or ponytail instead of a mile-high updo.
