What it is: JustFabulous or “JustFab” is a monthly online shoe, handbag, and accessory shopping club created by Kimora Lee Simmons. The membership fee is $39.95 per month per item.

What we found: These shoes are definitely over the top, much like Kimora’s own style (think: pink patent leather 5-inch pumps). Each option comes with fit information, reviews, and a misleading celeb pic that shows a celeb in a similar style shoe, but not the shoe you’re actually getting. Unlike Sole Society, you can’t get a refund if you don’t like your shoes — only credit — and there’s a $5.95 restocking fee for any returns.

Unfortunately, many of our editors couldn’t find a shoe they loved enough to buy. Also, JustFab also had some pretty bad reviews. Many members said the customer service was terrible, and it took them forever to actually speak to a real person. The quality of the shoes didn’t get high marks either. We suggest: Pay a little more and head to Sole Society.
