"It's important to emphasize the waistline with an hourglass figure, otherwise your shape can get lost in a jacket," she says. And if you already own a coat, but it didn't come with a belt, don't be afraid to add your own. Rygorsky says, "a wide belt looks especially good over a winter coat."
