OK, you can't actually buy this dress, but the idea is enough to get it into the category of "eco-crazy." Created by Stephanie Sandstrom, the EPA Dress might look nice, but not when it hits a heavily polluted area. The dress responds to bad air, and begins to wrinkle up when the smog gets harmful.
And I wonder, why isn't this dress in production?
