Anti-Frizz Shine Serum + Hairspray = Refined Curls

Got long, curly hair? If so, this next hair cocktail is perfect for you. Anti-frizz shine serum and hairspray are the products you'll need. Fowler recommends Joico's K-PAK Protect & Shine Serum, $15, with Wella Preserve Long Lasting Hairspray, $11.99. The K-PAK takes unruly hair and makes it shiny and non-frizzy, while the hairspray provides great hold.

You can apply this combo two different ways. With dry hair, add the anti-frizz shine serum (about half of a dime-size amount) to the ends of your hair, and use the hairspray when using any hot tools. If your hair is wet, use a dime-size amount of the serum, and work it throughout the hair. Blow dry, and use the hairspray to preserve the body and hold of your style.
