A no-fuss ponytail

Jamie Chung’s gorgeous ponytail will keep your hair out of your face and allow you to dance freely without worrying about your ‘do. Here’s how celebrity hairstylist Andi Scarbrough of Byu-Ti Salon says to get the look:

1. Mist a ton of texturizing spray all over your hair and let it dry naturally.

2. Once the spray has set, curl medium-sized sections of your hair using a 1-inch curling iron. After you curl each section, wind it up and pin it to your head to keep the shape as it cools.

3. After hair has cooled, release all of the pinned curls, and use a teasing comb to backcomb the top section of your hair near the crown of your head.

4. Now gather all of your hair into a high ponytail, using a front layer of hair to hide the teased hair underneath, and secure it with an elastic. Use your fingers to mess up the hair at the crown of your head for an edgier feel.

5. Run your hands through the ponytail to break up the curls, and finish by misting all over with flexible hairspray for a touchable, but stay-put look.
