"First of all, it's hard to make Kim Kardashian look bad," Pelusi says (rightly so). And we're so used to seeing her long, thick black hair; it's even become one of her trademarks. But Pelusi actually describes the jet-black color as a bit "harsh" and says it only works "because of her ethnicity." Which makes total sense, because it's hard to find a pale, light-eyed celebrity who looks good with black hair.
