Kate Winslet's chignon is sleek and perfect on the surface but unruly from behind -- just how we like it. Get the look:
1. If you're hair isn't naturally straight, apply straightening balm and blow dry it straight with a jumbo-sized round brush.
2. Work a palm full of styling gel through hair, slick hair (and bangs) back with a comb.
3. Gather hair into a ponytail and secure with a clear elastic just above ear level.
4. Twist the ponytail into a bun and pin into place, leaving the ends untucked. If a few pieces pop out, that's OK -- you want a little messiness back there.
