Jessica Simpson's laidback pony with a slight side part is great for softening a square jaw. To get the look:
1. First prep damp hair with a shine serum.
2. Using a flat paddle brush, blow out hair until straight and smooth, focusing heat down the shaft of the hair for extra shine.
3. Once hair is dry, separate hair into two sections with a comb: one section being the first inch of hair surrounding your face and the other section is the rest of your scalp. Secure the big section into a medium-high ponytail.
4. Use your blow dryer and a medium-barreled round brush to smooth out hair and create volume around your face. Mist with hairspray.
