Charlize Theron's classic Hollywood ringlets are just messy enough to be considered cool. Steal her style:
1. Start with a layered, chin-length bob (a great style if you're growing out a super-short cut).
2. Work volumizing mousse or spray through hair and blow dry with a small round brush.
3. Create one-inch-wide pin curls all over your head, or if you aren't that coordinated, set hair in curlers (think old-school Clairol Lock 'N Roll -- eBay anyone?).
4. Release when ready, shake it out and finger comb for a slightly messy look.
