Our editors gave the Kardashian Kollection (the clan’s clothing line that’s only available at Sears), a big fat FAIL.

One shopper says the clothes are “disappointing and cheaply made; the tags are sewn through and show in the back of all the clothes! Very shoddy work.” Another woman says, “The underwear is full of bells and whistles that would probably show through and make you feel uncomfortable,” she says. So it’s easy to see why the clothing line is not doing well. But the Kardashians have a bigger problem on their flawlessly manicured hands:

There’s currently an accusation that they use child labor to make their clothes. And if that’s not enough, the handbags in the line look very close to other (legitimate) designer creations, like Balenciaga, Chloe, YSL, Foley + Corina, Alexander Wang, Chanel, and Celine. But it was Botkier who actually sent a cease and desist letter to Sears Holding Co. regarding one of the Kardashian’s purses. Just another Kardashian product tangled up in a lawsuit.
