We know how much you love nail art. Here's our roundup of the best new styles on the Web -- and how to get the looks
Weren't able to get the Missoni goods at Target? No worries. Here's a great way to take their iconic pattern and put it on your nails. The girls from The Beauty Department show us how:
Polish Suggestions: Essie Mink Muff (deep brown), Milani Nail Art Lacquer with Precision Brush Yellow Design (yellow), Milani Nail Art Lacquer with Precision Brush Orange Graph (orange), Milani Nail Art Lacquer with Precision Brush Blue Print (blue)
1. Apply a base coat.
2. Once dry, apply two coats of a deep brown polish.
3. Next, use a Sharpie Peel-Off China Marker (you can find these online or at an art supply store), in white and black, to draw a repeating chevron (aka zigzag) pattern going across the nail.
4. Use the nail art brushes to create a thin line that follows the chevron pattern, making sure to switch colors as you complete the line. Work down the nail. This will create that "Missoni" look.
5. Finish with a top coat.
