If using one of these bold colors, Nemes says, “keep the rest of the face neutral, otherwise the look can appear overdone.” Another one of Nemes’ tips: To give the impression of fuller lips, try glossy lip products, while those who want to minimize their lips should stick with a matte lipstick.
