Tip No. 8: The secret to fool-proof winged liner

If you think cat eye makeup is one of the hardest looks to achieve, you’ll love this tip from makeup artist Tracey Brown:

Before you even apply your liner, you’ll want to draw your wing first. Put a little dot where you want the wing to end. Then draw a line from the outer corner of your eye to where you placed your dot. Once you have the wing drawn in, you can line your upper lash line and connect it to the wing. This insures proper placement of the wing, because it’s difficult to control the line without knowing how far to go.

Used on certain spots on the face is good, but I would avoid using a green tinted product over the entire face, That makes people look sickly.
