Ready to get psychedelic? We saw these nails backstage at Nicole Miller, and were instantly entranced. All you need is a few bold shades -- CND's Wanda Ruiz used Plumville, Electric Orange, Bicycle Yellow, and Anchor Blue -- and a few toothpicks.

"Dip a clean toothpick into whichever color you want to use first," Ruiz says. "Then, start in the center and drag it along the nail creating a spiral." (It's better to use a toothpick because they're rigid unlike a thin nail art brush.) Continue the same pattern with the other colors. Just keep in mind that this mani takes a serious amount of patience and time.
