Best Makeup: Kerry Washington

So many actresses went the natural route with their makeup this year. Which isn't a bad thing per se, but it's pretty dull when everyone's got the same simple eyeliner and berry lip. Naturally we were excited to see Washington's periwinkle eyeshadow; it worked perfectly with her nude-colored dress and made her a standout on the red carpet.
