Pelusi's biggest tip to add a little sexy to your hair: get a few highlights. The trend right now is to have a few scattered highlights starting about midway down your hair to the ends (bonus: this is way cheaper than getting a full head of highlights). The highlights will give your hair tons of dimension -- and help it stand out in a candlelit restaurant.
