Most faces fall into one of the following six types:

Oval: Evenly proportioned, chin narrower than forehead, prominent cheekbones.
Famous ovals: Halle Berry, Elle Macpherson and Cameron Diaz

Round: Full face, round chin, few clearly defined angles.
Famous rounds: Ginnifer Goodwin, Drew Barrymore and Kate Winslet

Heart: Narrow chin, visible cheekbones, and wide forehead.
Famous hearts: Jennifer Love Hewitt, Lisa Kudrow and Claudia Schiffer.

Diamond: Small chin and forehead, very prominent cheekbones.
Famous diamonds: Sofia Loren, Linda Evangelista and Rihanna.

Square: Proportional width and length, broad jaw line and forehead.
Famous squares: Jessica Simpson, Sandra Bullock and Mena Suvari.

Oblong: Long and thin, pointy chin, angular features, high forehead.
Famous oblongs: Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Rowland and Stephanie Seymour.
