We challenged a makeup artist to try a different look on herself every day for a month. See what she came up with
I was still getting into the groove here so this was the perfect time to show my "basic face," which I could probably have done blindfolded. First, I used W3ll People Narcissist Mineral Stick Foundation, $38, to cover the patchy, discolored areas around my cheeks and nose. Then I blended a little rose-beige cream blush on my cheeks and topped with Clinique Almost Bronzer, $28.50. I used my fingers to blend two neutral, shimmery shades of eye shadow on, then I used dark brown eyeliner to line the inside, upper rim of my eyelid, and dark brown shadow to fill in my brows -- just to make them more noticeable. Two coats of black mascara and a swipe of shimmery, light pink lip balm later, and I had a natural, "no makeup" look.
