Ke$ha’s outrageous get-ups always grab the spotlight, and the 2010 VMAs was no exception. She wore a tight, shiny black mini dress (made from a garbage bag!) complete with a fur collar, then paired it with a Rapunzel braid and body paint. This year, she debuted her “glitz” makeover, which included loose, platinum blonde hair and a nude floral applique dress of her own design.
