The Key Piece:
Summer’s all about cute, light, comfortable clothes. And who dresses more comfortably than babies? My solution: onesies. I guess grown-ups call them rompers. This one from Nasty Gal is adorable and feminine.
The Accessories:
These are simple, chic and would go with so many other outfits.
Cute, sparkly, funky and inexpensive. Yes, please!
Madewell Oversized Hepcat Shades
I get a ’60s, Megan-from-Mad Men vibe from white-framed sunnies.
The Pixi Pink shade is perfect for someone like me who appreciates a pop of color on lips but hates wearing lipstick. You can put it on without a mirror, the color’s gorgeous and long-lasting, and the formula is really moisturizing without being shiny (because, BTW, I also hate lip gloss).
Whenever I go to Target to run errands, I can’t ignore the siren call of the Sonia Kashuk display. This liner goes on smoothly and comes in a twist-up pencil, so you never have to sharpen it. Do a little cat-eye on the top lash line using Black Diamond, which has pretty little flecks of silver shimmer.
I resisted wearing BB cream until I tried this. It’s light, matte, makes my pores look invisible and has SPF 30. Love.
