Well, at least today wasn’t snowing, but it was raining, that’s for sure. I wanted a low-maintenance style that would fit under my Fred Astaire a la “Singing in the Rain” fedora. Plus, my hair tends to frizz like crazy in the rain, so I didn’t want to spend too much time fussing with it. I came up with this messy little side bun by taking my hair to the side, then pulling it through an elastic, but looping it instead of pulling it all the way out. And luckily, the rain didn’t ruin it by the end of the day — but I couldn’t even take this picture out in front of my apartment because it was coming down so hard.
