Today I wanted to get that look I see in so many Michael Kors ads, where the model’s hair is straight, and she has just the top section of her hair pulled back flat and clipped. To make my attempt, I blew it straight, and used a straighter to smooth out any remaining kinks (I did leave some body, though — I wasn’t going for stick-straight here). Next, I worked in some shine serum, then selected my top chunk directly above my forehead, sprayed it with holding spray (had to get those bangs back!), then clipped in bobby pins to hold the piece in place.
