My favorite character — by far — on the fabulous “Gossip Girl” is Blair Waldorf, no contest. So today I tried to channel her penchant for all things girly. First, I took a red thin strip scarf (not the rectangle kind), put it under my head, and then brought both sides of the scarf up alongside my ears, and tied it in a large bow at the top, (right back from my bangs), for the perfect Upper East Side ‘do.
