“You want to create the illusion of width and height in the forehead area and minimize the width throughout the jaw,” Packer says. In order to make your triangle face shape look its best, try a side-swept bang and soft wisps of hair around your jawline. When it comes to updos, Packer recommends a faux bob, here’s how to get it:

1. Work in a curl cream like Garnier Fructis Soft Curl Cream, $4.49 and set all of your hair with hot rollers, leaving the fringe out.



2. Back comb your roots all over, and pull all of your hair back into a very loose ponytail.



3. Tuck and pin the remaining tail underneath and very softly arrange the hair into a bob shape. Pull pieces of hair out of the shape and around your face to create softness.
