Technically this isn’t a mullet, but I think we can all agree that Nancy O’Dell’s look has a mullet-esque vibe. The pouf on top and the somewhat stringy strands over her shoulder are like a modern-day “business in the front, party in the back” hairstyle. Only problem: this is not a look we need to modernize, or frankly, ever wear again.

Our fix: Keep the pouf and bring the ends up into a cute bun, or let the top down and go with loose waves. Either way would be a huge improvement.
