I made the big change! I cut off all my hair into a pixie ‘do inspired by a Glamour magazine shoot … and Shannyn Sossamon … and Ginnifer Goodwin … and (hmm, a lot of people are doing this, aren’t they?). The best (and worst) thing about the new hair was that I couldn’t hide my face under those long, brown locks anymore, so I’d better put a lot more effort into the makeup. My first attempt at a fun style: a mix of dark brown and shimmery, charcoal gray shadow (both by Prestige Cosmetics), MAC Technakohl liner in Photogravure (black-brown), $14.50, a pressed highlighting powder on my cheekbones, and an orange lip gloss like Nars Lip Gloss in Sunset Strip, $24).
