Claire Dane’s Smoky Eyes
1. First, prep your face with foundation primer to prevent shine. Apply an oil-free foundation to create an even skin tone (try Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation, $42).
2. Next, use your fingers to blend a sheer, cream blush to your cheekbones to enhance your natural glow. Dust your face with a loose translucent powder to prevent your makeup from melting.
3. Create a smoky eye by lining your eyes with a black liner. Curl your lashes and apply two coats of volumizing mascara to really make your eyes stand out.
4. For a pop of color, get a modern take on the classic red lip by applying a sheer, rosy lip stain to your lips. Finish with a coat of gloss.
