Get the look:
1. Start with a clear base coat.
2. Once dry, apply a tiny amount of white nail polish onto a makeup sponge. Sponge the nail polish on the nail working from the tip to the cuticle. Use less and less polish as you work toward the cuticle. This technique should recreate a snow effect. (If you get any polish on your skin, no worries. Simply soak a Q-tip in remover and take off any extra polish.)
3. After the snow layer has dried, take a black nail pen/brush and draw a wavy line across the tip of the nail.
4. Next, add lights to your wavy line. You can use nail pens or a toothpick dipped in nail polish to create the lights. Feel free to vary the colors and the space between the colors.
5. Finish with a top coat.
