We’re excited you recently subscribed to the Total Beauty newsletter. In order to ensure that our emails make it to your inbox, it’s important to add our From: address to your safe sender list. Just follow the instructions below for the email system you use.

If you use a provider that isn’t listed here, please contact them directly for instructions.

AOL

  1. Click ‘Contacts’ on the left hand navigation
  2. Click ‘New | New Contact’ on the top navigation
  3. In ‘Contact Name’ box give us a name you will remember us by, such as Total Beauty
  4. Enter mail@beautyriotemail.com in the email box
  5. Select ‘Create’ on the top navigation

Gmail

  1. Click on ‘Contacts’ on the left hand navigation
  2. Click ‘New contact’ on the left hand navigation
  3. Enter ‘mail@beautyriotemail.com’ in email field. You can leave the rest of the fields blank.
  4. Click add

Hotmail

  1. Click ‘Options’ on the top left navigation and then ‘More options…’
  2. Click ‘Safe and blocked senders’ under the ‘Preventing junk email’ section
  3. Click ‘Safe senders’
  4. Enter ‘mail@beautyriotemail.com’ and then click ‘add to list’ tab

MSN

Version 9.0

  1. Click on ‘Settings’: ‘E-mail’ and the ‘Junk e-mail’
  2. On the E-mail settings screen, click ‘Junk E-Mail Guard’
  3. Select ‘Safe List’
  4. In the space provided under “Add people to the safe list”, enter ‘mail@beautyriotemail.com’
  5. Click ‘Add’

Earlier Versions of MSN

  1. Click on ‘E-mail settings’
  2. On the E-mail settings screen, click ‘Junk Mail’
  3. Select ‘Safe List’
  4. Click ‘Add an item to this list’
  5. When the Add To Safe List box appears, enter ‘mail@beautyriotemail.com’
  6. Click Add.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click the ‘Actions’ tab on the top navigation bar
  3. Select ‘Junk E-mail’, then ‘Junk E-mail Options’
  4. Click the ‘Safe Senders’ tab
  5. Click the ‘Add’ button
  6. Enter ‘mail@beautyriotemail.com’ and click ‘OK’
  7. Click ‘OK’

Yahoo

  1. Click on the ‘Options’ on the upper right-hand navigation and then ‘More Options…’
  2. Click ‘Filters’ on the left hand navigation
  3. Click ‘Add Filter’ on the top navigation
  4. In ‘Filter name’ label us something you will remember us by, such as ‘Total Beauty’
  5. In the sender’ drop down menu, select ‘contains’ and enter mail@beautyriotemail.com
  6. In the ‘Move to Folder’ select ‘Inbox’
  7. Click ‘Save Changes’ in the top navigation bar
