I’m meeting a few girlfriends after work tonight, and luckily I’ve learned from the mistake I made the last time I had evening plans (I don’t think my concert outfit went over well with the boss). So this time I’m keeping it more work-appropriate with a tailored blouse. All I have to do is add a little more shadow and gloss after work to make this outfit ready for girls’ night.

Boss says: “I love it. This look is cute and quirky, but still neat and professional. The feather earrings are a great way to play with a trend in a subtle way. This probably wouldn’t fly in a more corporate setting, but it’s perfect for our office.”
