Just use a little eyeliner and plenty of mascara, then rock a red lip (or another bright color like fuscia, bright pink or orange if red isn’t your thing). 1. Using a similar shade of lip liner as your lipstick, draw a V at the peak of your upper lip and a line and the center of the bottom of the lower lip.



2. Then draw a line down to the corners of the upper lip connecting the peaks of the V.



3. For the bottom lip, draw a line up from the center to the corners of the lower mouth.



4. Fill in the top and bottom lip with liner lightly. Using a lip brush go over your entire mouth with your favorite shade to smooth out liner marks and create a beautiful bold lip.



5. If you make any errors, use a small concealer brush with a bit of concealer as an eraser to clean around the mouth.
