Do:



• Use a little more product than usual to help your style last.



• Try a dry shampoo to soak up oil and give you volume. Follow up with a shine spray to get rid of the matte finish.



• Fight frizz but drying hair really well (to get rid of any moisture) and using anti-frizz products.



• Use hairspray before curling hair (on each section of hair).



• Leave the house with slightly tighter curls than you want, trust us, they’ll fall by the time you arrive.

Don’t:



• Use leave-in conditioners or oil or silicone-based products — they’re too slippery and will make your hair look greasy later on.



• Use too much anti-frizz product, it can melt in humidity and make things worse.



• Use too much hairspray, it can cause hair to fall or be too stiff, a light spray should be enough.
