One of Quirk’s rules about cut-off shorts is that “super short cut-offs are for summer only.” Luckily, Tracy passed the length test. Whew. Quirk also suggested buying a pair of dressier summer shorts, since these are easier to carry into the fall.

As for things to add to the summer look, Quirk suggested tights (check), boots (check), and a blazer (check). BTW, Tracy told us she’s had her boots since she was 13! That’s pretty amazing.
