Starting with a smooth blowout, make a deep side part. Spray two-inch sections of your hair with a dry aerosol spray and then curl them by wrapping each around the barrel of a one-inch curling iron (clamp closed). When you’ve finished all of your hair, mist a boar-bristle brush with the hairspray and brush through your locks (this will create that Rita Hayworth, shiny wave effect). Then twist one side of your hair back and away from your face, securing with bobby pins just above your ear.
