Weird (but cool) outfits always inspire me to do weird (but cute) hairstyles. Thus this look was born. Call me Princess Leia all you want, but do take note — these are neither braided, nor bunned. It’s merely a new twist on an oldie but goodie.

Get the Look:



Create a deep side part, swooping your hair across your forehead. Then split your hair into two sections (a la pigtail style). Split each section in two again. Now twist the pieces to the tips, securing the tips with an elastic. Repeat on the other side. Pin the tips up near your crown, creating a long loop at your ear. Then, careful not to disturb your front swoop, gently put a headband around your head, hiding the elastic and pins.
