Hmm, what was the inspiration behind this look? Twiggy? I got a pair of doll-like lashes (this Ardell number would work) as a gift, and of course, wanted to try them right away. I used baby blue and white eye shadows to brighten up my eyelids, then used black (for the outside) and white (for the inside) eyeliners for a costume-y, retro effect. I applied the lashes slowly and patiently (took a few tries to get them on my own eyes — so hard) and waited for them to dry, then applied two coats of Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara, $19. The lips were just Korres Lip Butter in Plum, $9.
