“Cobalt is the new black” — or so I recently read on a blog. So today, I put that to the test and tried day three’s look (“The Feline”) with a bright cobalt. For this, I used Stila eyeshadow in Kitten as a base for the lid, then a Barbie Loves Stila Smudge Pot in Cobalt Clutch, $20. (If you couldn’t tell by now … I heart Stila.) I was so shocked that the color stayed all day long without budging. I’m totally planning to try this with as many brightly colored Smudge Pots as possible.
